- 4 eggwhites (0 Points)
- 1/2 cup Splenda (to your taste) (0 Points)
- 1 tbs Cornflour (0.5 point)
- 200ml Diet Vanilla Fruche (1.5 Points)
- Half punnet of Strawberries halved and hulled (0.5 Points)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 130 degrees Celcius.
- Using an electric beater in a glass or metal bowl beat eggwhites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add Splenda.
- Once firm peaks are formed fold in Cornflour being careful not to overbeat.
- Place on a baking tray lined with greaseprook paper.
- Cook for 20 mins at 130 degrees Celcius then reduce heat to 110 degrees for 1 hour.
- Allow to cool in the oven.
- Once cool cover with Fruche and Strawberries.
Pretty good for only 2.5 points for the entire Pavlova!!!
