Pavlova

Pavlova

  • 4 eggwhites (0 Points)
  • 1/2 cup Splenda (to your taste) (0 Points)
  • 1 tbs Cornflour (0.5 point)
  • 200ml Diet Vanilla Fruche (1.5 Points)
  • Half punnet of Strawberries halved and hulled (0.5 Points)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 130 degrees Celcius.
  2. Using an electric beater in a glass or metal bowl beat eggwhites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add Splenda.
  4. Once firm peaks are formed fold in Cornflour being careful not to overbeat.
  5. Place on a baking tray lined with greaseprook paper.
  6. Cook for 20 mins at 130 degrees Celcius then reduce heat to 110 degrees for 1 hour.
  7. Allow to cool in the oven.
  8. Once cool cover with Fruche and Strawberries.

Pretty good for only 2.5 points for the entire Pavlova!!!

Fruche, kiwi fruit, mango slices, passionfruit

I LOVE FOOD!!!

Hello Everyone,

This is just the opening of my latest addition to my blog. I am looking for peoples favourite recipes they loved prior to WW or losing weight. It is my interest to convert favourites to low fat, low point alternatives.

I will give them all a go and post them for all to see.

Have a look at my pics and you will see a lovely Pavlova I made Elliott for his birthday. Only 6.5 points for the whole thing. What a treat. Would have been much more if I used cream instead of Fruche.

So email me your ideas and I will get into action.
